It is worth seeing a physiotherapist about back pain when it lasts longer than a few days, keeps coming back or makes it hard to work and sleep. At the consultation (180 PLN) we check where the pain is coming from and choose the right therapy: manual therapy, the McKenzie or Dorn method, or TECAR. No referral needed — we see patients privately in Rydułtowy.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a referral?
No. The clinic sees patients privately only, so you can book a consultation without a doctor’s referral. If you have test results, for example an MRI or X-ray, and hospital discharge notes, bring them with you — they will help the physiotherapist plan your therapy.
Do you see patients under the NFZ?
No, the clinic has no contract with the NFZ and provides private services only. This allows us to try to offer appointments as soon as possible. You will find visit prices in the price list, and we discuss the detailed therapy plan and its cost at the first consultation.
How many visits will I need?
That depends on the cause of the pain and on how your body responds to therapy, so we set the number of visits individually after the consultation. At each visit we assess your progress and change the plan if needed. You will also get exercises to do at home.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Comfortable clothing that lets you uncover your back, and your medical records: imaging results, discharge notes and a list of the medicines you take. It helps to note down when the pain started and what makes it worse. The clinic is on the first floor of the Health Centre, with a lift and a large car park.
Can you come to my home?
Yes, if the patient cannot get to the clinic. We provide home physiotherapy in Rybnik, Wodzisław Śląski and the Rybnik and Wodzisław districts. As a guide, it costs 200 PLN within 5 km of Rydułtowy, plus 2 PLN per kilometre beyond that; we confirm the exact price when you book.
