Strzelców Bytomskich 11, with a lift and a large car park. We see patients Monday to Friday, 7:00–20:00, as private visits with no referral needed. Do I need a referral?
No. These are private visits, with no referral needed and not covered by NFZ (the Polish public health fund). For your first visit, bring any imaging results, hospital discharge summaries and a list of your medicines. The first visit is a consultation: an interview, an examination, a discussion of the therapy plan and your first exercises to do at home.
